Commercial building in Ludington MI
SERVPRO of Manistee, Ludington, and Cadillac was called to a commercial building in our territory. This building was built on Lake Michigan and the rising water table was beginning to impact the structure. After our initial inspection we noted that water was entering the building thru the foundation, coming in through the floor drains, and during every heavy rain through the double doors on a side entrance. Our first job, of course was to get the structure dried out. This involved multiple trips to extract the water and setting dehumidifiers and drying equipment to get the structure dry. SERVPRO of Manistee, Ludington, and Cadillac is proud of the role we played in keeping this non-profit building open to the public and helping prevent secondary damage from mold.
