Water Heater Break in Cadillac, MI

This is a modular home with a crawlspace.  A supply line to the water heater broke and was spraying water into the structure.  The ceiling, walls and floor of the bathroom and adjacent bedroom were affected by this loss.  SERVPRO arrived on site to extract the water from the flooring and remove other wet material as necessary. Drying equipment (high speed air movers and dehumidifiers) were then set to be sure structural materials were below the recognized standard of moisture content to prevent mold growth from occurring.  Once drying was complete, SERVPRO, then got to work reconstructing what had to be removed.
