Warehouse Fire in Mason County

This large furniture store in Mason County was badly damaged when a fire started in the warehouse. The smoke also damaged the attached furniture showroom and sales areas. SERVPRO of Manistee, Ludington and Cadillac removed the damaged contents, many of which were able to be cleaned and sold.  The structure was then cleaned and deodorized by abrasive cleaning using baking soda and high pressure air. This was followed by sealing with an oil based paint. The siding, lights, and garage doors were replaced and the building was ready to be stocked with new furniture for the customers to enjoy. The main store was up and running within days of the fire.
